MEET DANIEL OSTERSTOCK: A Video Editor with a musical heart

This is InnovatorsBox’s “IB Backstage series, where in celebration of InnovatorsBox’s 6th year anniversary that’s coming up in November 2021, we are highlighting the stories of our incredible team members.

Daniel Osterstock is the most thoughtful and kind creative, and is truly a jack of all trades. From video editing, animation, to music development, he brings the incredibly beautiful, creative pieces come to life. And it’s because Daniel cares about how they tell the story and how you’ll feel when you watch and listen to them. We were looking for a video editor for our studios who would not only understand the story and creativity but would also be able to capture the stories we wanted to share. And meeting Daniel, we knew he was the one who’d understand the layers of messages that we hoped to share with others.

In my Q&A with Daniel, we cover a host of different topics ranging from why creativity is important to the work he does, why he got into video editing, what tips and hacks he may have for someone who’s keen to get into this space, to what inspires him, what books/music/podcasts fuels his creativity and so much more! From outdoor adventures to music adventures, learn more about how Daniel gets his amazing inspirations.
