For many of us, it’s been one year since COVID turned our workplaces (and our homes) upside down.

Recently I found myself reflecting on how we as a company have responded to this emotionally and economically challenging time:

  • What have we learned?
  • Where can we improve?
  • How have we been resilient?

While the vaccine is here, and the news is encouraging, I believe the remote workplace is here to stay. I know while some have embraced this change, others are struggling to stay positive, creative, and resilient.

I’ve been working remotely, and managing a remote team, since I launched InnovatorsBox five years ago. So I’ve taken my approach to remote work and created a set of resources to help the InnovatorsBox community work better together.

It is my intention, that by sharing my approach, you’ll be able to rethink the future of work by connecting the dots of challenge, opportunity, and action with each step:

  1. Kindness: Assume Kindness. Practice Kindness
  2. Self Awareness: Identify How You Really Feel
  3. Curiosity & Empathy: Manifest Understanding
  4. Mindfulness: Recharge Your Creativity Tank
  5. Relationships: Intentionally Surround Yourself

I know this approach works because I have been using it, and refining it, for over five years. You can access and download the entire set of resources on our website.

I hope these materials will help you rethink remote work and help approach each workplace challenge with resilience, an abundant mindset, and compassion.

P.S. Happy International Women’s Day!

With love,

Founder & CEO, InnovatorsBox
