THE COURAGE TO STAY HONEST

Today marks an important milestone for me as a writer and Founder of InnovatorsBox. This is our 100th newsletter!!!

This is big because when I first started writing and sending our newsletters in Spring 2016, I was scared. As someone who gets about hundreds emails a day, I wanted to make sure I was not creating another noise in this digital world.

Over the years, we have taken many approaches and made many mistakes. But I’m immensely proud of what we have grown this space into – a place where you wake up your Monday mornings with fresh perspectives!

And to do that, I had to walk my own talk, be vulnerable, and share my honest thoughts, my challenges, my earnest feelings on how I was thinking differently and what I hoped to do more to stay creative.
I could have written a series of “the top three ways to be creative”. But frankly, maybe such content is SEO friendly, but those lists do not push us or motivate us enough to want to change anything. But when I get your message replies saying how my transparent talk through these essays has sparked courage for you have given me the courage to continue writing.

So in celebration of our 100th newsletter, I want to take a moment to say THANK YOU!

Thank you for letting me share a space of honesty and perspective with you. And thank you for supporting our movement to spread creativity for all far and wide.

To express my deep gratitude, I will be sharing a special gift I’ve been working on for you. Yes, a gift! It will be ready next month and I can’t wait to see your smiles when you receive them.

For now, continue to bring your positivity, honesty, and courage to be you. We need you as you.

With love,

Founder & CEO, InnovatorsBox
